For the Paris 2024 Olympics, RTVE wanted to spotlight Spanish athletes with real medal chances in less mainstream disciplines. Ana Peleteiro and the triple jump were among the protagonists of this series.
Showing, through graphics and illustration, the technique behind a movement as fast as the triple jump, so viewers could understand what really separates one athlete from another.
I handled the art direction and the illustrations breaking down the technical movement of the jump, in a format designed to be explained in just a few seconds within a sports news video.
